1 Purpose

People get involved with society by engaging in work (work, play, learning) in order to realize the life they desire, and become independent in it. The Constitution of Japan stipulates the guarantee of basic human rights. Following the Declaration on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (1975), the United Nations adopted the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in 2006. The Government of Japan ratified this treaty in 2007. However, people with disabilities and those who are said to be socially vulnerable, such as the elderly and children, are in a social situation where they cannot do the work (work, play, learning) they desire, and can lead a healthy and cultural life. It is hard to say that we are there.

In order to solve various issues surrounding people with disabilities, we are based on the viewpoint of guaranteeing the rights of persons with disabilities, such as "Persons with disabilities have the same basic rights as citizens of the same age" (Declaration of Rights of Persons with Disabilities). I think it is important to aim for the normalization philosophy (building a society where everyone can live and live together regardless of their disabilities). By establishing a corporation, we will create a place where people with disabilities can work lively while working together with local people, and a place where people with disabilities can live with local people with peace of mind.

The Enshu Life Support Net is widely used by the general public, especially the disabled / elderly and their families and children, to develop human resources related to various businesses, nursing care and welfare based on the Long-term Care Insurance Law and the Long-term Care Insurance Law and the Disabled Persons Independence Support Law. We will contribute to the realization of a society where people with and without disabilities can lead a normal citizen's life in the community by conducting business related to childcare and support for childcare and childcare. The purpose is for citizens to respect each other's personality and individuality, regardless of their disabilities, and to contribute widely to the public interest. Here, in order to strengthen and promote activities toward the realization of the basic idea of "realization of normalization in the region", we will establish Enshu Life Support Net, a specified non-profit activity corporation.
