Aiming to be a comfortable company, in addition to devising ways to support the balance between work and family life of employees, we are striving to demonstrate abilities and expand work areas regardless of gender, or actively promote the active participation of women in the workplace. We are making various efforts.
We mainly provide employment support to people with disabilities. Therefore, we are also interested in the work-life balance of our employees.

・In order to reduce overtime work, by limiting the usage time of business users to 15:00, we have realized a system that allows information sharing and preparation for the next day and a system that does not cause overtime.
・ Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays complete vacation, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, volunteer vacation available
・ Skills can be improved by doing side jobs and going on to higher education
