In order for employees to demonstrate their abilities, balance work and life, and create an employment environment that is comfortable to work in, we will formulate an action plan as follows.
1. 1. Planning period 3 years from April 1, 2nd year of Reiwa to March 31st, 6th year of Reiwa
2. 2. Contents
Goal 1: Take measures to promote the acquisition of annual paid leave.
<Countermeasure>
● Reiwa August 2nd-Questionnaire survey and examination of employees started
● Reiwa December 2nd-Introduction of a publicity system and publicity to employees through in-house public relations
Goal 2: Invite a public health nurse to understand pregnant female employees and make them aware of the system.
<Countermeasure>
● Reiwa April 3rd-Questionnaire survey and examination of employees started
● Reiwa August 3rd-Training for employees and disseminating the system to employees
Goal 3: Introduce a shorter working hours system that can be used by employees with preschool and elementary and junior high school children if they wish.
<Countermeasure>
● Reiwa April 4th-Questionnaire survey and examination of employees started
● October 4th year of Reiwa-Introduction of the system, in-house public relations to inform employees
Goal 4: Expand the child's nursing leave system (expanding the target age of the child, flexible operation such as allowing employees to take it on an hourly basis).
